Obituary for Joanne E. Barter Joanne E. Barter, 74, of Seabrook, passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 30, 2018 at her home. She was born in Chelsea, Ma. on March 31, 1944 the daughter of the late Adolph F. and Eleanor (Perry) Beauchene.

She leaves behind her grandchildren, Gina Annichiarico and Joseph Sasso, a Son-In-Law Wayne Annichiarico and her Uncle Richard Perry, along with many cousins and close friends. In addition to her parents Joanne was predeceased by her daughters, Elizabeth Barter and Lianne Annichiarico, her sister, Patricia Beauchene, and longtime companion Frank Lee. Joanne retired from the U.S. General Accounting Office in Boston where she worked as an Information Systems Assistant.

Joanne was known for lighting up your day, greeting you with a big smile, a quick wit and a wonderful sense of humor. She loved music…listening, playing the guitar, banjo or organ. She was an avid follower of the Grateful Dead.

“From the lyrics of the music she loved… “Like the morning sun she came and like the wind she went. She was the silver lining in a touch of grey. While we mourn her loss, let there be songs to fill the air as she will be what makes ripples in the water when there is no pebble to toss or wind to blow”.
