Obituary for Joe Turkovich Joe Turkovich, 91 of Aliquippa passed away July 10, 2018. He was born June 12, 1927 in Aliquippa and was the son of the late Frank and Anna (Salopek) Turkovich. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.

Joe was a veteran of the US Army having served in WWII. He was an instructor at West Point Academy and later retired from Teledyne where he worked in the machine shop. Joe resided with a dear friend, Kelly Nagy and her children, Drew and Cole Meeker who lovingly referred to Joe as their Uncle.

Joe was also considered a part of the Somerville family and will be sadly missed. Visitation will be Friday beginning with a service at 11:15 am by the Beaver County Special Unit and continue until time of service at 12:30 pm.
