Obituary for Joe Wilson Wann Joe Wann, age 86 of Winnsboro, passed away on Monday, November 12th, 2018 in Marshall, Texas. He was born on September 23rd, 1932 in Crosbyton, Texas to the late Wilson and Georgia Wann. Joe was a graduate of Hardin-Simmons University and a retired federal employee, serving as a member of the National Active and Retired Federal Employees Association.

He was also a member of First Baptist Church in Winnsboro, where he resided since 1992. Joe is survived by his son, Delbert Wann of Winnsboro; daughter, Theresa Muller of Winnsboro; his special friend, Juanita and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 17th, 2018 at First Baptist Church 200 W. Broadway Winnsboro, TX 75494 at 11:00 am, with Dr. David Rose conducting.
