He is preceded in death by, one grandmother, Lorraine Ellrich, and one grandfather, Fred Naumann. He is survived by, His parents, Don Ellrich, and Vickie (nee Naumann) Ellrich, Two (2) children, Brayden Waugh, and Noah Ellrich, Three (3) siblings, Rebecca Cronin, Donald (Thomas) Ellrich Jr., and Kyle Ellrich, Two (2) nieces and nephews, Austin Cronin, and Abigail Smock, Three (3) grandparents, Rose Naumann, Sandy Ellrich, and Donald Ellrich, Many aunts, uncles, and cousins, and many other family and friends.

Joey treasured the time he spent with his children. He enjoyed fishing, reading and playing soccer. He will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Visitation Wednesday, January 23, 2019 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Service will be held Thursday, January 24, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at CHAPEL HILL MORTUARY, 10301 Big Bend Rd, Kirkwood, Missouri.
