John Charles Bohuniek, Sr. 11/28/1960 – 5/26/2018 John Bohuniek, 57, of Peekskill, NY died peacefully on Saturday, May 26, 2018. He was surrounded by loving family. John was born on November 28, 1960 in North Tarrytown to Charles and Alice (née Schmit) Bohuniek.

He graduated from Sleepy Hollow High School and worked as a Network Administrator at Presidential Life Insurance for 27 years. He married Michelle Dominelli on May 2, 1987 at St. Matthew Church in Hastings-on-Hudson. John is survived by his wife, Michelle, and three children, John, Melissa, and Christopher, as well as his mother Alice Bohuniek, sisters Joan (Lloyd) Connors and Diane (Doug) Heffernan, mother-in-law Mary Dominelli, brothers-in-law Michael (Nancy) Dominelli and Frank (Camille) Dominelli, and many beloved nieces and nephews.

He will be remembered as a kind, supportive family man whose sense of humor brought a smile to everyone he met. Family and friends may call on Thursday from 4-8pm at Coffey Funeral Home, 91 N Broadway, Tarrytown, NY 10591. Funeral Mass will be at 10am Friday at St. Teresa of Avila Church, 130 Beekman Ave.
