John Jacob Cargill, 41, of Grand Junction, passed away Monday, July 9, 2018 at his home in Allegan. He was born December 31, 1976 to Larry and Sylvia (Gilbert) Cargill in Ohau, Hawaii. John loved animals, sports, and video games.

He especially enjoyed watching the Chicago Bulls and Michael Jordon. John also enjoyed going to the casino to try his luck. He was passionate for his family and loved spending time with his friends and family.

He is preceded in death by his parents – Larry and Sylvia Cargill. John is survived by his siblings – Michael (Debbie) Cargill of Toledo and Dax (Alexa) Cargill of Detroit. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, July 21, 2018 at the Filbrandt Family Funeral Home in South Haven.
