OBITUARY John Rice November 7, 1945 – January 30, 2019 John William Rice, 73, of Evansville passed away Wednesday, January 30, 2019. He was born November 7, 1945 in Manitowoc, WI. He retired from Hoosier Stamping.

He enjoyed fishing, animals, building radios and working on electronics. John is survived by his wife of 41 years, Jane Rice; daughter, Rebecca Young (Christopher) of Princeton; son, John Aaron Rice (Amanda) of Newburgh, and grandchildren, Emily Rice, Cooper Rice, Taryn Preske and Addison Preske. A Memorial Service will be 11:00 a.m., Friday, February 8, 2019 at Alexander North Chapel, 4200 Stringtown Road, officiated by Alan Shelby.

Friends may visit Friday from 10:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Vanderburgh Humane Society. Condolences may be made online at www.
