John Robert “Bobby” Stevens, 61, of Beaver Dam, Kentucky passed away on Wednesday, September 26, 2018 at Ohio County Hospital. He was born on February 4, 1957 in Ohio County, Kentucky to the late Frank Stevens and Ruby Crabb Stevens. Bobby was a farmer and enjoyed racing and fishing.

He was preceded in death by his parents. He leaves behind three sons, Zachary (Beth) Stevens of Beaver Dam, Tony Stevens of McHenry, and Bo Stevens of Bowling Green; one daughter, Bobbie Jo (Robert) Piper of Greenville; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and two on the way; two brothers, Eddie Wayne Stevens of Cromwell and Dennis (Landy) Stevens of Monroe, Michigan; and two sisters, Linda Rumpler of Cincinnati, Ohio and Drema Knight of Columbus, Ohio. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday, September 28, 2018 at William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam, Kentucky.

Burial will follow in New Harmony Cemetery in Butler County, Kentucky. Friends may visit with Bobby’s family Friday from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the service at the funeral home. The family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to Bobby Stevens Memorial Fund, c/o William L. Danks Funeral Home, P.O. Box 407, Beaver Dam, KY 42320.
