Wanda June Sheffield, 94, of Louisville, Kentucky went to her heavenly home on Monday, September 17, 2018. She was born July 12, 1924 in Ohio County, Kentucky to the late Arvin Heflin and Marlissa Foster Heflin. Mrs. Sheffield and her late husband, “Ike” owned Sunoco Bulk Plant in Beaver Dam.

She was a member of Order of Eastern Star OES Grave Chapter #37 and of the Baptist faith. Aside from her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Issac “Ike” Sheffield. She leaves behind to cherish her memory a son, Ronald (Betty) Sheffield of Vine Grove; two daughters, Betty (Dick) Curtis of Louisville and Brenda Enderle of Louisville; six grandchildren, eight great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Monday, September 24, 2018 at Carson Cemetery in Ohio County, Kentucky with Rev. Ed Mitchell officiating. William L. Danks Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
