Obituary for Johnnie Richard Parker Farmville………………………………. . Johnnie Richard Parker, age 83, died Thursday, October 25, 2018.

Funeral service will be held Sunday at 3:00 P.M. at the Farmville Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Ronnie Mohn and Rev. Kevin Jackson.

Interment will follow at Hollywood Cemetery. Mr. Parker was a member of Marlboro Original Free will Baptist church where he served as a deacon for forty years. He was preceded in death by a son, Johnnie “Ricky” Parker Jr

He is survived by his wife, Ann Murphy Parker of the home; daughter, Kathy Parker Summerlin of Farmville; sisters, Christine Rouse of Wilmington, and Joan Whitehurst of Winterville; brothers, Robert Parker of Wilson, and J.C. Parker of Macclesfield; grandchildren, Kevin Summerlin, and Megan Summerlin and special friend, Tyler Shirley; great-grandchildren, Clay Summerlin, Dyelan Austin, Kacie Summerlin, and James “J. J” Jackson; and special friend, Rebecca Webb. The family will receive friends at the Farmville Funeral Home Saturday evening from 6 until 8:00 P.M. Online condolences may be made at www.
