Obituary for Joseph “Joe Boy” Michael Lockner Joseph “Joe Boy” Michael Lockner, age 29, of Johnson City, passed away on Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at the Johnson City Medical Center. A native of Johnson City, Joseph is a son of Michael Lockner and Nell (Story) Gardner. He was a welder and general contractor and a member of Embreeville United Methodist Church.

He enjoyed fishing and camping and was an avid outdoorsman. Joseph loved taking care of his daughter. He is preceded in death by his half-brother: Raymond Blake Tolley, Jr.; step-father: Allen Gardner; paternal grandparents: Carl and Agnes Lockner; maternal grandparents: Hobart and Gladys Story; and aunt: Sandra Lockner.

In addition to his parents, Joseph “Joe Boy” Michael Lockner leaves behind to cherish his memory: Fiancé: Cheyenne Alexander; Daughter: Moriah Rayne Lockner; Son: Austin James Lockner; Step-son: Brayden Alexander; Sisters: Jennifer Haire and husband, Brian, Michelle McKinney and husband, David; Brother: Christopher Carl Lockner and girlfriend, Jared Van Dyke; Several nieces and nephews. The family respectfully requests the honor of your presence as we offer tribute and remember the life of Joseph “Joe Boy” Michael Lockner in a visitation period to be held from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM on Saturday, December 22, 2018 in the chapel at Valley Funeral Home.
