Obituary for Joseph John Griffiths Joseph John Griffiths, 85, passed away on April 18, 2018 at the home of his son, Thomas Griffiths in Eagle Mountain, Utah after a lingering illness, has returned to his loving Heavenly Father. Joseph was born to John Thomas Griffiths and Edna Emma Christensen, on May 8, 1932 in Pocatello, ID. He was married to Kerma Camelia Merrill on August 4, 1953 in the Idaho Falls Temple.

Joseph served in the US Air Force during the Korean War and was an active member of The Church Of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. He was also active in the scouting program and loved serving the Lord and completing the families genealogy. Joe is survived by his children, Peggy (Pete) Lawver, Tom (Carol) Griffiths, LuAnn (Bryon) Hall and Nancy (Kevin) Corina.

He has 14 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren. Joe is preceded in death by his wife, parents, siblings Otella, Verla Arilla, Shirley and Donna and great granddaughter Olivia Grace Myler. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at the LDS Church at 3444 Hawthorne Rd, Pocatello, Idaho.

Viewing will be held that morning at 10AM with services to follow at 11AM. Interment will be held at the Mountain View Cemetery, 1520 S 5th Ave, Pocatello, Idaho with military rights. Funeral services are under the care of Serenity Funeral Home, 12278 S Lone Peak Pkwy, #103, Draper, Utah 84020.
