Services will be held on Wednesday, December 26, 2018, at Byron United Methodist Church, 103 West Heritage Boulevard in Byron, with family receiving friends beginning at 1:00PM. Funeral service will follow at 2:00PM with Rev.

Tom Carruth officiating and burial in Byron City Cemetery. Born in Tifton to the late Wilbur Edward Arrington and Eliza Hall Arrington, Kenny attended Kay Community Service Center and worked with the lawn care crew. He loved his Kay Community family, University of Georgia football and NASCAR.

Kenny attended church all his life and was of the Baptist faith. Survivors include his brother, Wayne Arrington Sr. (Brenda) of Byron; sister, Lisa Johnson (Dave) of Stillman Valley, Illinois; nieces and nephews, Wayne Arrington Jr. (Jamie) of Byron and their children, Ashleigh (husband, Matt and children, Noah and Emma), Wesley, and Lindsey, Mark Arrington (Sandy) of Byron and their children, Adam, Stevie, and Marissa, Kandy James of Byron and her children, Gracie and Grant, Penny Ridgely (Chuck) of Fort Valley, Shayne Arrington (Kristie-Lee) of Perry, Tiffany Brack (Ron) of Macon, Lance Arrington (Jessica) of Perry, Chris Johnson (Tabitha) of Puerto Rico, and Conner Johnson of Rockford, Illinois; and a sister in law, Patty Arrington of Reynolds. He is preceded in death by brothers, Ermond and Bobby, sister in law, Roe, and a great niece, Meghan.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Kenny to Kay Community Training Center, 213 Allen St., Fort Valley, GA 31030. Rooks Funeral Home in Byron is in charge of arrangements.
