GELSOMINO, Joseph L., 64, of East Main Street, West Warwick, passed away, Saturday, July 7, 2018 at the Veterans Administration Community Living Center in Brockton, MA. Born in Warwick, he was the son of the late Giuseppe M. and Nina (Edmond) Gelsomino. He was a lifelong resident of West Warwick.

Joseph was a welder at General Dynamics, Electric Boat Division in Quonset for over twenty years before retiring in 2008. He was a Vietnam War Air Force Veteran and a member of the Pasco R. Senerchia Post 74 American Legion. He is survived by a son, Joseph T. Gelsomino of West Warwick and a brother, John F. Gelsomino and his wife Jessica of Coventry.

Visiting hours will be held Thursday, July 12, 2018 from 4:00-7:00 pm in the PRATA-GALLOGLY Funeral Home, 78 Providence Street, West Warwick.
