Josephine M. Schreyer, 89, Johnstown, died May 21, 2019 at Indiana Medical Center. Born November 7, 1929 in Johnstown, daughter of Vincent and Marcella (Sakmar) Komara. Preceded in death by parents; brothers, James Carcen, George, Thomas, and John Komara; and sisters, Frances, in infancy, Margaret Clawson, Mary Kulback, and Helen Hostensky.

Survived children, Susan E. (Elden Leaf), Vero Beach, FL; and Richard A. (Marie Stevenson), Williamsburg, VA. Also survived by 6 grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren. She was a member of Greater Johnstown Christian Fellowship.

She volunteered at St. Vincent de Paul Kitchen, and Good Samaritan Nursing Care Center. She retired from Richland Rexall with 20 years of service. Friends received From 11 AM until the hour of service at 1 PM Friday at John Henderson Company Funeral Home, 215 Central Ave.

, with Pastor Jim Gay officiating. Interment, Grandview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Greater Johnstown Christian Fellowship.
