Joyce Ann Payne, 68, of Tallahassee, passed away on Monday, February 11, 2019, at Capital Regional Medical Center. A daughter of the late Ernest Ray and Gussie Leach Ryder, she was born March 4, 1950, in Fredericksburg, Virginia. She was an environmental services technician in healthcare and loved playing Bingo, going to the beach, doing arts and crafts and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

She is survived by her loving companion, Richard Gray; children, Robert Johnson (wife, Angel) and Joy Johnson; grandchildren, Robert Johnson, Jr., Robert Darrell Johnson, Richard Floyd Davis, III, Aaron Johnson, and Anna Johnson; great-grandchildren, Riley Johnson, Robert Chase Johnson and Sophia Marie Johnson; and siblings, Glenn Ryder, David Ryder and Evelyn Waybright.
