Joyce (Edwards) Casper, 75, of Evansville, IN passed away Thursday, February 14, 2019, at St. Vincent Medical Center. She was born August 12, 1943 in Vanderburgh County to the late Arthur and Joline (Howell) Edwards. Joyce was a 1961 graduate of Reitz High School where she was the homecoming queen.

She was a private secretary for numerous corporations in the Evansville area. Joyce was a former member of St. Anthony Catholic Church where she helped to count the collections. She enjoyed playing cards and working puzzles.

Joyce was an accomplished bowler in high school and her younger adult years. Joyce is survived by her caregivers, Gerald and Carolyn Casper; and numerous second cousins. Visitation will be from 10:00 am -1:00 pm Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at Ziemer Funeral Home Central Chapel, 626 First Ave.

Funeral service will begin at 1:00 pm Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at the funeral home. Burial will be at St. Joseph Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Vanderburgh Humane Society, 400 Millner Industrial Dr., Evansville, IN 47710.
