Joyce E. Rednour Joyce E. Rednour, 80, of Atkinson, passed away on Saturday, October 13, 2018, at her home. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, October 17, at Vandemore Funeral Home & Crematory, Atkinson Chapel. Deacon Nick Simon will officiate.

Burial will follow at Grandview Cemetery in Atkinson. Visitation will be held from 4:00-7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 16, at the funeral home. Memorials may be directed to the Joyce Rednour Memorial Fund.

Joyce was born on June 11, 1938, the daughter of Glen and Geneva (Ashley) Lundeen, in Galesburg, Illinois. She is a 1956 graduate of Galesburg High School. Joyce was united in marriage to Bill G. Rednour on April 20, 1957, in Galesburg, Illinois.

Joyce spent her life as a mother and homemaker and was a member of Atkinson Congregational Church. She was an avid sports fan, especially cheering for the Fighting Illini, St. Louis Cardinals, and Chicago Bears! Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Bill, sons; Steve (Debra) Rednour, of Rock Island, and Scott (Sherie) Rednour, of Atkinson, daughter, Jill (Mike) Guth, of White Heath, IL, eight grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.

Joyce is also survived by her brother, Fred (Pauline) Lundeen, of Jupiter, FL, and sisters; Judy Rylander, of Oneida, and Anna Steck, of Galesburg. Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, Glen and Geneva, brother, George Lundeen, and two sisters; Dorothy Pitman and Eva Weber.
