Funeral service for Joyce Elaine Shields Sepanski, age 79, of Trinity, will be Sunday, November 18, 2018, 3:00 p.m. at Shelton Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Aaron Warnick officiating. The family will receive friends for two hours prior to service at the funeral home.

Mrs. Sepanski, who died Monday, November 12, 2018, at Decatur Morgan Hospital, was born September 9, 1939, in Bluford, IL, to Raleigh Brian Shields and Mary Elizabeth Mace Shields. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Regina Lynn Sepanski, her husband, Lawrence Oliver Sepanski, Sr., and her parents. She is survived by one son, Lawrence Oliver Sepanski, Jr. of Trinity; two brothers, Marvin Shields of Mt.

Vernon, IL, and Rex Shields of Trinity; two sisters, Mary Shields Crouch of Trinity, AL, and Dorris Shields Klotz of Bluford, IL; three sisters-in-law; and several nephews and nieces. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorial donations be made to Shriners’ Children’s Hospital, c/o Cahaba Temple, P. O. Box 8388, Huntsville, AL 35810.
