Joyce M. Massey, of Niagara Falls, NY, was called to her heavenly home on Wednesday, January 16, 2019, in Niagara Hospice House, Lockport, NY. She was born in Dexter, Missouri on April 10, 1939, a daughter of the late William A. and Myrtie Cordelia [Keller] Dale. Joyce had lived in Texas from 1957, where she owned and operated Kennel of the Saints in Arp, TX, where she specialized in raising St. Bernards for over 20 years.

She moved to Niagara Falls in 2002 and became a member of Grace Lutheran Church in 2017 and was a member of the American Legion Post #381. Joyce was also a volunteer for Niagara County office for the aging. She enjoyed playing cards, the piano, computer games and was an avid reader.

Joyce was the wife of the late John W. Massey who passed away in 2004. She is survived by a son Randy Massy, a daughter Laura Massey, two grandchildren Matthew and Nicole, a brother, W.C. (Leticia) Dale and her dear friends Randy and Linda Broeker, Gord and Lorraine Soles, also several nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 26, 2019 at 11:00 AM at Grace Lutheran Church, 736 Cayuga Drive, Niagara Falls, NY, with the Rev.
