Judith Ann Henry May 18, 1940 – January 16, 2019 Share this obituary Send Sympathy Gifts View/Sign Guest Book| Send Private Condolences| Send Sympathy Card Judy Ann Henry age 78, of Maysville, passed away unexpectedly at her home, Wednesday, January 16, 2019. She was born May 18, 1940 on a farm rented by her parents from Phoebe Seals in Satterwhite, OK. Judy was the 3rd of seven children born to Cecil Theodore Kittrell and Nettie Faye (Herriage) Kittrell.

She spent her first semester of first grade in Phoenix, AZ. Her family then moved back to a farm in Elmore City, belonging to her grandparents George and Georgie Herriage. Judy spent the rest of her school years in Elmore City, graduating high school with the class of 1958.

Then in 1959 her family moved to Maysville. Judy later married and raised two sons, Stanley and Keith. Throughout her life she worked hard as a homemaker and she worked as a single mother working outside of the home.

In 1993, Judy met and married the love of her life, Sam Henry. They were married on July 31, 1993, in Las Vegas and for the past 26 years they have made their home in Maysville. Judy loved her family and especially enjoyed spoiling her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

As they were growing up, she played a big part in their lives. She was known as “Nanaw” among the grandchildren and even among their friends. She was preceded in death by: Parents, Cecil and Nettie Kittrell.

Son, Stanley Vick, Sister, Carlene McCaskill, Three brothers, Donald, Stanley and Tim. She is survived by: Husband, Sam Henry of the home, Children, Keith Vick and wife Michelle of Blanchard, Alan Henry and wife Denice of OKC, Jeff Henry and wife Amy of Bray, OK. Two brothers, Ted Kittrell and wife Debbie of Purcell, Gary Kittrell and wife Kay of Maysville.

One brother-in-law, Burl McCaskill of Maysville. Seven grandchildren, Lisa Schenk and husband Kyle of Chickasha, Aaron Vick of OKC, Falyn Vick of OKC, Ashley Misner and husband Mark of Greenwood, AR, Makayla Vick of Maysville, Nathan Henry and Garrett Henry of Bray. Six great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of other relatives and friends.
