Judith Gay Veverka-Dyer Lansing Passed away on Saturday, June 30, 2018 at the age of 61. Born January 16, 1957 to Glenn and Wynell (Harmon) Dyer in Lansing, Michigan. Judi was a graduate of Ross Medical School and went on to be the primary caregiver for her children that were born with special needs.

She was a lifelong advocate for blind and disabled people and managed disability groups including chatroom groups. She also enjoyed traveling and was able to see much of the world traveling with her husband, John on his work trips.

Preceding her in death were her infant son, Joseph Walter; sister, Joan Elliott; brother, Michael Miller and her parents. Surviving are her husband, John Veverka; daughters, Joseli Walter, Jovetta Walter, Jynell Veverka-Dyer; brothers, Jerry Miller, David Miller, Jerry Cole as well as many extended family and friends. A memorial gathering will be held by the family at a later date.
