Judy Dell Clark White, 76, of Owensboro, died on Monday, December 10, 2018 at Wellington Parc. She was born on December 6, 1942 in Owensboro to the late Ernest & Reba Faulkner. She is preceded in death by her husband, Jim White and by her siblings, James Ernest Faulkner and Reba Sue Edwards.

Survivors include her three children; Kelly Lanham Westbrook, Rob Clark, and John Clark (Amy Bryant); five grandchildren, Tyler & Austin Westbrook, Mills & Berkley Clark and Addi Clark; two sisters, Mary Jane Nichols & Donna Montgomery (Wayne). Services will be 2 p.m. on Saturday, December 15, 2018 at James H. Davis Funeral Home & Crematory. Visitation is from 12 to 2 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral home.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the Alzheimer’s Association, Kaden Tower, 6100 Dutchmans Lane, Ste. 401, Louisville, KY 40205.
