Curtis, June Marie (Hepinstall) of Saginaw, Michigan formerly of Shields Beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, September 29, 2018 at Covenant HeathCare – Harrison, with her family by her side. She was 70 years old. June Marie Hepinstall was born on June 8, 1948 in Traverse City, Michigan to the late Thayer and Julianna (Hebl) Hepinstall.

She was a proud 1968 graduate of Arthur Hill High School. June married her childhood sweet heart and the love of her life, Edgar G. Curtis on May 14, 1969 in Saginaw; he preceded her in death on January 11, 1998. June was a beautiful soul that embodied all the goodness one person could have and will forever be remembered for her compassion, kindness and love of family.

Above all, June was a dedicated wife, mother and grandmother; she treasured and cherished the time spent at family gatherings and holidays. Surviving are two daughters and one son, Terrie (Robert) Thomas, Mickey Curtis and Edgar (Lisa) Curtis all of Saginaw; six grandchildren, Andrea Thomas, Savannah Thomas and Robert Thomas, Jr. and Maria Curtis, Amie Curtis and James Curtis; three great-grandchildren, Kaiden and Kynleigh Thomas along with Hendrix Nelson; two brothers, two sisters; several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by a brother and sister.

Honoring June’s wishes cremation has taken place. Arrangements are entrusted to the W. L. Case Funeral Home, 4480 Mackinaw Road. Please share your thoughts and memories with the family through www.
