Obituary for June Marilyn Diment June Diment, age 91, passed away peacefully on November 27, 2018. Born in Oswego, New York on June 9, 1927 to the late Grant McGee and the late Frances McGee, June was blessed to have known a life of love. As the ninth child in a close-knit family, she was beloved by her many siblings.

June was adored by her late husband, Sam Diment, and their three sons. She was witty and artistic, kind and compassionate. Following the untimely death of her beloved husband, June guided her family with steely determination for many years.

In addition to her parents, June was preceded in death by her husband, Sam Diment, and her siblings. She is survived by her three sons, Sam Diment, Richard Diment (Dana), Lance Diment, and four grandchildren, Garrett Diment, Elizabeth Diment, Katherine Diment, and Emma Diment. mckoon.com A memorial service and celebration of life will be conducted at Newnan Presbyterian Church on Friday, November 30, 2018 at 3:00 PM with Micah Nutter Dowling officiating. Visitation with family and friends will follow from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM in the church fellowship Hall. Rather than flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Newnan Presbyterian Church, P.O. Box 1107, Newnan, GA 30264.
