It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Kae Manning on May 22nd, 2019, due to complications from a stroke. Kae battled health issues courageously and fearlessly for the last 12 years, with her best warrior Earl by her side. Kae had endless love for her family, ward members and the sweet nurses, who cared for her so genuinely and whole heartedly.

She enjoyed traveling the world – from the Great Wall of China, to the Egyptian Pyramids – with her best friend and husband, Earl. She put her greatest energy into healing others and beautifying her surroundings. An excellent cook, she refused to stick to any recipe.

She loved dining at her favorite Thai restaurant, Aroy D. She cherished parties with family and friends, which always concluded with a mandatory group photo on the staircase or bridge of her koi pond. Kae loved to shop. Her motto should have been “why buy one when you can buy ten!

” She had the voice of a songbird and loved to sing, speak, and perform in front a crowd, and did so with fearless command. Kae lived a large, rich and unforgettable life, touching countless along the way. She is very much loved and will be missed by many.

Kae is survived by her husband: Earl Manning; children: Kristie (Richard) Cullum, Bryan (Toni) Manning, Brett Manning, Sheila (Cody) Christensen, Ryan Manning, Don (Claudia) Harvey and Julie (Mike) Cartright; 24 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren; brothers: Brent (Carol) Thompson and Don (Claudia) Thompson. Kae is preceded in death by her parents. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 28th at the Pleasant View 4th Ward Chapel, 3035 N. 1325 W. Pleasant View, Utah at 11 a.m. with a viewing from 9:30 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. prior to services.
