Katherine Lizak September 09, 1928 – January 15, 2019 Share this obituary View/Sign Guest Book| Send Sympathy Card Katherine Lizak, 90, of Northampton, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 15, 2019 in her residence at Arden Courts of Allentown. She was the wife of the late Stephen A. Lizak. Born September 9, 1928 in Jacksonville, PA, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Eva (Cherski) Hewko.

Katherine attended Northampton Sr. High School. She graduated from Madeline Hall Modeling School and Judy Greenwood’s Modeling School. She also graduated from Joyce Art Cosmetology Academy.

Katherine owned and operated Len-L Hair Fashions for 35 years. She volunteered at Muhlenberg Hospital and Hospice for 6 years. She was a member of Bethany Wesleyan Church, Cherryville and sang on the choir.

Katherine would volunteer to decorate and work in the church office. In addition to her husband, Katherine was predeceased by her son, Charles Anthony, 4 brothers and 4 sisters. She is survived by many nieces and nephews.

Services: A prayer service will be held on Friday, January 18th at 11:00 a.m. in the Reichel Funeral Home, 326 E. 21st St., Northampton. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery, Northampton. Online condolences may be submitted above.

Contributions: In lieu of flowers, memorials may be presented to Bethany Wesleyan Church, 675 Blue Mountain Dr., Cherryville, PA 18035 in loving memory of Katherine.
