Katherine Devino went home to be with the Lord on September 21, 2018. Katherine was born October 29, 1928 the daughter of the late Charles and Clara Williams. She was married to the late Robert Devino.

She loved crocheting, knitting, roller skating, collecting dolls and reading her Bible every morning before rising to start her day! She was predeceased by her daughter Elizabeth Rice, Walter Rice, Her four brothers Ellis, Albert, Ernie and Charles Williams; three sisters Margaret Notice, Loretta Rice and Pearl Solivin. She leaves behind two daughters, Judith Meglio and Catherine Rice; Two sisters Beverly Morales and Caroline Matoes; Five Grandsons, Two Granddaughters, One Great Granddaughter and One Great Great Granddaughter, nieces, nephews and relatives and friends.

The family wishes to thank her homemaker Carol and all at CHH who all went above and beyond to make Katherine’s last days filled with love and peace! Funeral Service will be hedl Thursday Oct 4, at 3 PM at AME Zion Church 60 Brightwood Ave Torrington. Friends may call at Church from 2-3 PM.
