Otts, 64, of Rockford passed away Saturday, January 26, 2019, in University of Wisconsin, Madison, Hospital. Born May 22, 1954, in Rockford. Married James A. Otts on June 11, 1983, in Rockford.

Self-employed as a hairdresser for many years. Member of Riverside Assembly of God. Survivors include her son, Toby (Christy) Seymour; stepson, Brent (Michelle) Seymour; grandchildren, Landen Seymour and Lexie Seymour; father, Hershel (Beverly) Whitlow; mother, Kathleen Rodberg; sisters, Vickey (Martin) Dorton, Pebbles (Hoppie) Blais and Lori (Larry) McKee; special aunt, Dessie Whitlow; nieces, Cayman and Addie Blais and Brittni (Kyle) Van; nephew, Dustin (Katie) Dorton; great-nieces, Sadie and Layla; great-nephews, Jaxyn and Julian; numerous cousins including, Tina (Dallas) Lawson and Alan (Laurie) Whitlow; best friend, Anita Turner; special furry companion, Bandit.

Predeceased by her husband, James on December 15, 2015; loving stepfather, Eric Rodberg; and great-niece, Sydney Van. Service at 11 a.m. Friday, February 1, in Riverside Assembly of God, 4242 W. Riverside Blvd. , Rockford, with visitation from 10 a.m. to service time.

Burial in Big Mound Cemetery. Arrangements by Delehanty Funeral Home, Ltd., Loves Park.
