A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1;30 on December 31st, at Saint Michael Church in Canfield, celebrated by Fr Terry Hazel for Kay F. Remick, 75, formerly from Canfield, Ohio who passed away Thursday night, December 27, 2018. Kay passed suddenly, but peacefully with her son Robert by her side. Kay was born December 17, 1943 in Youngstown, Ohio to Betty Jane McDonough.

Kay married Robert E. Remick on May 29, 1965 at Saint James Catholic Church in North Jackson, Ohio. Kay leaves her son Robert (Janet); her Aunt Jean McDonough; cousins Kathy, Peggy and cousin Paul. Besides her mother, Kay was preceded in death by her husband Bob and son David.

Kay was dedicated to her faith, family and friends. Kay worked for the Society of Saint Paul’s Alba House book store. She cared for so many with a loving heart.

She was one of kind. Her compassion and kindness will be missed, but never forgotten. We will always cherish the happy memories she leaves with us.

There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Society of St Paul and/or VA Sunshine Healthcare Network West Palm Beach. Local arrangements will be handled by Fox Funeral Home.
