OBITUARY Kay Koehn Tabb July 30, 1940 – November 24, 2018 Kay Koehn Tabb, 78, passed away on November 24. She was born in Charleston, West Virginia on July 30, 1940, to the late Jarrold and Margaret Koehn. Kay was a faithful member of Southeast Christian Church for 30 years and lived her life for the glory of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother and the ultimate U of L fan. Kay worked as a paralegal for Stoess and Associates, PLLC. and considered her coworkers a part of her family.

Kay is preceded in death by her great aunts, Dorothy Meeker and Jean Coombs. Left to cherish her memory is her beloved husband of 54 years, William Gary Tabb; her children, Lisa Miller (Chris) and Amy Massey; grandchildren, Lilly, Logan and Laney Miller, and Caroline and Owen Massey; siblings, Susan Vaslow and John Koehn; and “daughter 3”, Laura Stoess and “daughter 4”, Tanya Mitchell. The family will accept visitors on Thursday, November 29, 2018 from 5-8 pm at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road.

A service to celebrate Kay’s life will take place on Friday, November 30, 2018 at 2 pm at the funeral home, with entombment to follow in Resthaven Memorial Park.
