Keith Hatfield, 88, of Bardstown, passed away Friday November 16, 2018 at Kindred Hospital in Louisville. He was born January 25, 1930 in Bullitt County, a farmer, hauled and spread lime, raised charolais cattle, and a member of American International Charolais Association, and Bardstown Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Gilbert and Kathleen Hatfield.

He is survived by his two sisters, Valla Geoghegan, and Diana (Wilfred) Ratliff both of Bardstown; brother, Arthur Hatfield of San Antonio, Texas; five nieces, Ginger Geoghegan Dereksen, Martha “Myrt” Geoghegan, Diana Geoghegan McDonald, Heather Hatfield-Erter, and Holly Strauch; nephew, Lenard Geoghegan; and several great nieces and great nephews. His funeral service will be 11:00 am Friday November 23, 2018 at Barlow Funeral Home, with burial in Bardstown Cemetery. Chaplain Terry Troutman will officiate.

Visitation will be 4 – 8 pm Wednesday November 21 and 9 – 11 am Friday November 23 at Barlow Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may go to Humane Society of Nelson County.
