Keitha E. Tebo (Chase) HOPKINTON – Mrs. Keitha Eileen Tebo, 72, of 2392 State Highway 72, peacefully passed away Tuesday morning, April 24, 2018 in the comfort of her home and her family by her side. Keitha was born September 16, 1945 in Potsdam, the daughter of the late Robert and Beulah (Wells) Chase. She was a 1963 graduate of Potsdam High School.

On April 7, 1973, she married Donald E. Tebo in Massena. Keitha worked for many years at Kinney Drugs in Potsdam, before starting with SeaComm Federal Credit Union, where she was a teller until her retirement. Keitha was active in the Hopkinton-Fort Jackson Community, where she was a member of the First Congregational Church, Hopkinton-Fort Jackson Volunteer Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary, and the Food Pantry.

She and her husband, Don, were very active square dancers and belonged to many clubs in the North Country throughout the years. Keitha also enjoyed bowling, reading, watching Jeopardy, listening to Loretta Lynn music, and cherished the time she was able to spend with her grandchildren. She is survived by her loving husband, Donald; her children, Dennis and Priscilla Tebo of Parishville and Laurie and Matthew Wargo of Brasher Falls; her step children, Lisa Curry of Hopkinton and Donald Jr. and Kelly Tebo of Parishville; 8 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and was anxiously awaiting the birth of her 8th.

Keitha is also survived by her sister, Helen Osgood of West Stockholm; her brothers, Allan Chase of Stockholm; Marshall Chase of Potsdam; and Harold and Beverly Chase of Pennsylvania; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a son-in-law, Allen Curry on September 30, 2016; her brothers, Larry and Rodney Chase; her sister-in-laws, Letha and Barbara Chase; and her brother-in-law, Gene Osgood. Friends may call May 5th from 11:00 – 1:00 PM at the Donaldson-Seymour Funeral Home, Potsdam, where a memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM with Rev.

Charles Gardner, officiating. Burial will be held at a later date in Hopkinton-Fort Jackson Cemetery. Memorial contributions in her memory may be made to the Hopkinton-Fort Jackson Volunteer Fire Department.
