Kelly R. Williams, age 50 New Castle resident went home to be with the Lord on Friday June 22, 2018. She was born August 31, 1967 in New Castle, Indiana a daughter of Isaac and Vela Williams. Kelly was a life- long resident of New Castle, and was a 1985 graduate of graduate of New Castle Chrysler High School.

Left to cherish her memory include her father Isaac Williams of New Castle, her children Nichole Harter and fiancé’ Chris Pinon; Joshua Duvall and fiancé’ Amber Anderson; Kailea Duvall and fiancé’ Derek Willoughby; grandchildren, Aiden, Jasper, Selena, Vincent and Steven; her sister, Sheila Moore and her husband, JR Moore; Twila Taylor and her husband, Dave; her brother, Michael Williams; sister-in-law Beverly Williams; many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her mother Vela Williams, a son Gene Williams and her fiancé’ Ron Eichol. Funeral service will be private and there will be no public visitation.
