Kelly Sue Payne Burtleson passed away Sunday, October 14, of complications from Cancer. Her parents are George Payne, deceased, and Lois DeeAnn Olsen McCullough. She was born in Ogden, Utah, February 18, 1963.

She attended Olympus High School. Kelly enjoyed skiing, as well as camping and boating at Lake Powell and Bear Lake with her family. Her work was in the food industry and owned Kelly’s Deli and Railway Hamburger businesses in Emeryville, California.

On September 5, 1986, she married Richard “Brick” Burtleson at Deer Valley, Utah. They were later divorced. She is survived by her mother, sister Misty Payne Hanson (Heron), son Elliot, niece Hayden Hanson, and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Gary Payne. Funeral services will be held at the Holbrook Mortuary, 3251 South 2300 East, Saturday, October 20. A visitation will be from 9:30 A.M. until 10:45 A.M., with services at 11:00 A.M. Interment: Elysian Burial Gardens.
