Obituary for Mr. Kenneth P Freeman A funeral service for Mr. Kenneth P. Freeman, 70, of Oxford, will be on Saturday, June 16, 2018 at 3:00 pm in the chapel of Miller Funeral Home. Pastor Jonathan Pate will be officiating the service. The family will receive friends on Friday, June 15, 2018 from 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm at the funeral home.

Mr. Freeman passed away on June 13, 2018 at his home. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife, Peggy A. Freeman; children, Horace Tolbert III, Shasta Quick (Tony), Jewell Howington and Robin Waters, Shannon Lindsey (Bill); grandchildren, Adam Tolbert (Amanda), April Howington, Brandon Herring (Shelby), Bryant Herring, Sue Gunter (Matt), Austin Lindsey, Camden Lindsey and Hunter Howington; several great grandchildren; brother, James Freeman (Sondra); sister in law, Charlotte Freeman, and a host of extended family members and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, James ‘Jim’ and Dura Freeman and siblings, Leon Boyd (Dorothy), Lois Denham (Ross ‘Bud’), and Ralph Freeman.

He loved his grandchildren and great grandchildren and spending time with his family. Mr. Freeman was a good husband, a loving father, and a caring man. Mr. Freeman is greatly loved and will be deeply missed.
