Beloved husband, devoted father, cherished grandfather, adored son and treasured brother, Kenneth Richard Topp, Jr., age 58, passed away on Thursday, January 31, 2019 in Longview, Texas. He was born on September 13, 1960 In East Chicago, Indiana to Kenneth Richard Topp, Sr. and Ruth Marie (Esmond) Topp. Kenneth is preceded in death by his mother, Ruth Marie Topp.

He is survived by his wife, Kathleen Ruth Topp; his children, Zacharias Richard Topp, Naomi Ruth Krug (Andrew Michael Krug), Isaiah Joseph Topp, Josiah David Topp, Jacob Steven Topp, Nathanael Mark Topp, Andrew Jeffrey Topp, Rachel Elizabeth Topp, Esther Rose Topp, and their mother, Valerie Susan Topp. Kenneth is also survived by his step-daughter, Magin Lowder (Zach Lowder); step-grandchildren, Ayden Garrison, Landon Lowder and Weston Lowder; his father, Kenneth Richard Topp, Sr.; brothers, Jeffrey Topp, Steven Topp, David Topp and numerous other cherished family members. Kenneth achieved his Associates Degree in Processing Technology through San Jacinto College Central, was an Honor Graduate with NTC in Great Lakes, Illinois and a member of the International Scholastic Order Phi Theta Kappa Society.

Kenneth proudly served his country in the U. S. Navy for ten years, was a diesel mechanic for many years, as well as a plant process operator for Air-Liquide for 21 years. He loved to repair and rebuild motors, enjoyed trading stocks and was an avid fisherman, golfer and bowler. Kenneth was well-loved and will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
