Paula Lee (Shawver) Denman, age 53, passed away on Wednesday, March 6, 2019 in DeBerry, Texas. Paula was born on March 27, 1965 in Shreveport, LA to Paul Roscoe and Jacqueline Joyce Shawver. She is preceded in death by her husband of 30 years, Harold James “Mike” Denman; her parents; and her parents-in-law, Harold and Marguerite Denman.

She is survived by her son, Christopher Michael Denman (Michelle); her daughters, Jacqueline Joyce Denman (Josh) and Christy Michelle Hammac; her grandchildren, Tayler Hortman, Leah Hortman, Allyson Hortman and Nick Hammac; her best friends, Terri Adams Sepulvado, Joan Cochran and Margaret Tynes. Paula is also survived by numerous other family members and friends who knew and loved her. She attended Panola College studying computers, worked as a cashier for many years at a grocery store in Bethany and in Marshall at Super One.

Paula loved to cook, dance and work puzzles, but her true passion in life was her grandbabies, whom she adored. A Celebration of Life service will be held for Paula on Friday, March 15, 2019 at 10:30am at Mt. Zion United Methodist Church, 1174 CR 328, DeBerry, TX 75685 with Rev.
