Obituary of Kerry Brisley, Jr. Ocala, Florida- Kerry W. Brisley, Jr., 48, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, October 20, 2018 from complications of a recent illness. He was born on August 29, 1970 in Conneaut the son of Darlyene J. (Wilson) and Kerry W. “Bill”, Sr. Kerry always said as the third child, the most attention was given to him. He graduated from Conneaut High School Class of 1988 and after graduation enlisted in the United States Army, where he served proudly and honorably during Operation Desert Storm, in the 82nd Airborne, where he served as a medic and operating technician.

Kerry was employed in the medical field and most recently was an Operating Room Technician, working along side the doctor’s while performing joint replacements. He loved NASCAR, he watched almost every race and attended several races as well. Kerry enjoyed cooking, hunting and skydiving, especially during his time in the military.

He’ll be remembered for being a jokester and keeping the family on their toes with his practical jokes. His family will never forget his smile. Kerry is survived by his parents, Bill and Darlyene Brisley; children, Amanda (Ray) Brisley-Delgado, Kerry W. “Trey” Brisley, III, Ashlyn Brisley and Austin Brisley; siblings, David (Liz) Brisley and Denise (Chad) Brisley-Zuver; his girlfriend, Lisa Griffen; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and dear friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, John and Rebecca Brisley and Red and Irene Wilson; and many aunts and uncles. Calling hours will be held, Sunday, October 28 from 2-4 and 6-8 and Monday, October 29 from 10AM-11AM at the Thompson-Smith-Nesbitt Funeral Home, 345 Main St, Conneaut. Funeral services will be held, Monday, October 29, 2018 at 11:00AM at the Thompson-Smith-Nesbitt Funeral Home, 345 Main St., Conneaut, with Pastors Tim Kraus and Joyce Shellhammer, officiating.
