Obituary for Kevin Dale Menefee Kevin Dale Menefee, 47, of Bassett, Virginia, passed away Monday, July 2, 2018, at his home. He was born March 21, 1971, in Martinsville, Virginia, to Thomas Menefee and the late Blanche Redd Menefee. He was a graduate of Bassett High School and enjoyed cooking, old cars, drag racing, and was a Philadelphia Eagles fan.

Mr. Menefee was an Army Veteran of the 1173rd Infantry. He was retired from Goodyear. In addition to his mother he was preceded in death by a brother, Timothy Menefee.

In addition to his father, Mr. Menefee is survived by his daughters, Aviah Menefee, and Keana Menefee; sister, Wanetta Menefee, and niece Jordan Menefee. The funeral will be Sunday, July 8, 2018, at 2:30 P. M., at Wright Funeral Service Chapel. The family will receive friends 30 minutes prior to the service.
