Kevin Dwayne Stocstill October 27, 1969 – March 19, 2019 Share this obituary Send Sympathy Gifts Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card Funeral services for Kevin Dwayne Stocstill, age 49, of Shelbyville, will be held at 11:00 a.m. March 21, 2019, in the chapel of Doak-Howell Funeral Home with Brother Chris Harris officiating. Burial will follow in Pressgrove Cemetery. Kevin passed from this life early Tuesday morning, March 19, 2019, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center after an extended illness.

Visitation will be held from 5-8p.m.Wednesday, March 20, 2019, at the funeral home. Born October 27, 1969, in Lewisburg, TN he was the son of Dennis and Judy Blanton Stocstill. He was a graduate of Community High School class of 1987.

Most of his working career, he was a painter and carpenter, having worked for various construction companies over the years. He spent his free time raising his two sons, and enjoying good times with family and friends. Survivors include: sons, Dylan Lee Stocstill, and Dalton Ryan Stocstill; sister, Lori Stocstill Thompson; niece, Danielle Thompson; nephew, Grant Thompson; and great niece, Elora Gaines all of Shelbyville.
