Kevin R. Chudyk Sr., age 62, of Jackson Center, Ohio passed away at 8:30 A.M. Friday, September 28, 2018 at Lima Memorial Hospital in Lima, Ohio. He was born in Hackensack, New Jersey August 16, 1956, to the late George Chudyk and Angela (Doyno) Chudyk of Hudson, Ohio. On October 11, 1986, he married Dawn Leininger and she survives.

He is also survived by his sons, Kevin (Adriane Borho) Chudyk Jr. of Lake George, New York and Tony (Carolyn) Chudyk of Golden, Colorado; grandchildren, Austin Borho and Rowan Dawn Chudyk; brothers, George (Freda) Chudyk of Westwood, New Jersey, and Peter (Mary Ellen) Chudyk of Terrace Park, Ohio; nephews, Luke and Chris; nieces, Stephanie, Alison, Brittney, Michelle, Lauren, and Miranda and sisters-in-law, Denise Ruwe, Joni Leininger, and Ann (Scott) Doseck. Kevin loved and was an active member of the Jackson Center community. He enjoyed working and traveling the world and in those travels had a passion for experiencing new cultures.

Kevin loved music, food, scuba diving, cooking, and spending time with his family and friends. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Monday, October 1, 2018 at the Jackson Center United Methodist Church in Jackson Center. Visitation will be held Sunday, September 30, 2018 from 3 to 6 P.M. at the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home in Jackson Center.

The funeral arrangements are in the care of the staff of the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home in Jackson Center.
