Patricia M. McGowan, age 88, of Jackson Center, Ohio passed away at 6:49 A.M. Friday, August 31, 2018 at Auglaize Acres in Wapakoneta, Ohio. She was born in Logan County Ohio November 17, 1929, to the late Paul Revere and Ida Louise (Hessburger) Burden. On March 11, 1951, she married Ralph E. McGowan and he preceded her in death May 3, 2016.

She is survived by her children, Rick L. (Sharon) McGowan of Celina, Ohio, Joe M. (Brenda) McGowan of Jackson Center, and Linda (Jeff Cage) McGowan – Klaus of Sharpsville, Indiana; grandchildren, Katie M. (Greg McFadden) Klaus, Jesse (Cindy) Klaus, and Keith (Sheen) Klaus; great grandchildren, Jackson Klaus and two on the way; sisters, Carol Collins of Bellefontaine, Ohio, Shirley Kilgore of West Liberty, Ohio and Marilyn (Mike) Smith of Sidney, Ohio; a brother, Jerry Burden of Columbus Ohio and numerous nieces and nephews. Patricia was a homemaker and loved to be around her grandchildren. She enjoyed blue birds, collecting antique dishes, and baking.

Patricia loved flowers and her flower garden. A private family burial took place at the Walnut Hill Cemetery in New Hampshire, Ohio. The arrangements were in the care of the staff of the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home in Jackson Center.
