It is with great sadness and heartbreak, that the family of La Vonne “Vonnie” Kolberg announces her unexpected passing on Monday, May 14, 2018 at the age of 74. Vonnie was born in Appleton on September 30, 1943 to the late Frank “Butch” and Delores (Bouressa) Wittman. She was proudly known as the “director of first impressions” for many years at Goodwill.

Vonnie will be forever remembered and deeply missed by her children, Vicky, Dawn, and Cindy; her 11 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren; her siblings, Wayne (Karen), Jim (Judy), Sherri, Gene, Marge, and Chaz. She is further survived by numerous nieces and nephews, extended friends and family, her beloved dog Marley, and closest friends Mike, Sara, and Sue. She was preceded in death by her parents Frank and Delores, son Daniel, and sister Lynn.

A funeral service will be held at 1 pm on Thursday, May 24, at the Brettschneider-Trettin-Nickel Funeral Chapel. Friends will be received Thursday at the funeral chapel from 11 am until the time of service. First my mother………….
