Lamar “Jackie”‘s Obituary Lamar Grover “Jackie” Floyd, III, 60, formerly of Mullins and husband of Angela Hardee Floyd, died Monday, February 4, 2019 at McLeod Hospice House in Florence after an illness. Lamar was born January 27, 1959 in Mullins, a son of the late Lamar Grover “Jack” Floyd, Jr. and the late Maxine Moody Floyd. He had worked as a first responder with Pro Ambulance Services.

He had served in the S.C. National Guard. Surviving Lamar in addition to his wife of the home are: a Stepdaughter: Kristin Danielle Hardee of Florence; a Son: Ryan Cody (Ashley) Floyd of Fork; a Grandson: Chase Cody Floyd; a Brother: Rocky (Catherine) Floyd of Aynor; 2 nieces and 2 nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, February 7, at the Chapel of Cox-Collins Funeral Home of Mullins, with Rev.

Art Ramsey officiating. Burial will follow in Cedardale Cemetery. Visitation will be held Wednesday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. at Cox-Collins Funeral Home.

The family will be meeting at the home of Mr. & Mrs. C.L. Cooper at 2416 Sloan Ct. , Marion.
