Nannie Louise’s Obituary Mrs. Nannie Louise McRae Joye, 73, wife of Mitchell Joye, passed away Saturday, March 2, 2019 at Mcleod Hospice House in Florence after an illness. Mrs. Joye was born March 3, 1946 in Dillon County, of the late Bishop McRae, Sr. and the late Willie Gibson McRae. Mrs. Joye was retired from Sara Lee Hosiery, and was a member of Little Rock Baptist Church.

Surviving Mrs. Joye in addition to her husband of the home are: 2 Daughters: Tanya Ivey of Marion and Melinda Joye of Marion; a Son: Josh (Kasey) Joye of Marion; her Grandchildren: Kipp Ivey, Gage (Heather) Ivey, Heidi Ivey, Xavier Samuel, Gabriel Johnson, Trevor Joye and Aliyah Joye; her Great Grandchildren: Carter Ivey and Kendall Ivey; 2 Brothers: Pate McRae and John A. McRae; and a Sister: Dot McIntyre. Mrs. Joye was predeceased by 2 brothers, Bishop McRae, Jr. and Nelson McRae and 2 sisters, Frances Powell and Margaret McRae. A graveside services for Mrs. Joye will be held Tuesday, March 5 at 3:00 P.M. in the cemetery of Little Bethel Baptist Church, with Rev.

Kevin Lambert officiating and Cox-Collins Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be held Monday evening, March 4 from 7:00 until 9:00 P.M. at Cox-Collins Funeral Home.
