Lanaria Eleon’s Obituary Lanaria Eleon Muesse, 74, of East Bernard, Texas passed away on January 27, 2019 in Houston, Texas. Lanaria Eleon Muesse was born in Goose Creek, TX on October 1, 1944 passed away in Houston, TX on Sunday, January 27, 2019, surrounded by her family. Eleon was retired as a personal banker after 30+ years in the banking industry.

She spent her days surrounded by family and enjoyed her garden and tending her flowers. She loved bright colors. She was a fighter, who fought a long battle with a very stubborn cancer with a smile on her face and God in her heart.

She loved everyone she met and no one was a stranger. She loved to visit and enjoyed her extended family and friends. She was an avid reader and loved watching movies.

She was a member of The First Baptist Church of East Bernard. She is preceded in death by her father Jimmy Jasper Belk, her mother, Opal Irene Wilkinson (Comte), and her sister, Cathy Delaware. She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Keith Muesse, her daughter, Ginger Teichman and husband Bobby, her son, Billy Benton and wife Tammy; her sisters, Christine McFarland and Karen Cannon.

She is survived by 7 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank everyone for their prayers, well wishes, calls and texts. Also, we would like to thank the team at St. Luke’s Hospital at the Medical Center for taking such wonderful care of Eleon.
