Larry Wayne Fornkohl, 72, of Cape Girardeau, Missouri died Saturday, February 23, 2019 at his home. He was born October 18, 1946 in Cape Girardeau County, Missouri to Oscar and Dorothy Clubb Fornkohl. He and Deborah K. Teague were married December 31, 1990 at Cape Girardeau, Missouri.

He served in the U.S. Army. He worked for Missouri Dry Dock & Repair Co. for 47 yrs. Survivors include his wife, Deborah K. Fornkohl of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; three daughters, Melissa (Richard) Flentge of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, Christy (Marurice Mann) Parrish of Scott City, Missouri, Georgia Poly of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; three sisters, Carolyn Blakely of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, Fawn (Gordon) Morgan of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, Joy (Darrell) Schlegel of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; two brothers, Tom (Jane) Fornkohl of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, David Fornkohl of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; 7 Grandchildren and 4 Great Grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, 1 Daughter and 1 sister; Friends may call from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Tuesday, February 26, 2019 at Ford & Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel in Cape Girardeau. Funeral service will be at 1:30 PM Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at Ford & Sons Mt.

Auburn Chapel in Cape Girardeau with the Rev. Gary Teague officiating. Burial will be at Cape County Memorial Park in Cape Girardeau with full military honors.
