OBITUARY Laura Ainsworth January 30, 1932 – September 19, 2018 Laura Tims Ainsworth, 86, passed from this life Wednesday, September 19, 2018, at the Mississippi Baptist Medical Center in Jackson. Visitation will be 5:00-8:00pm, Friday, September 21, 2018, at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Pearl. Celebration of Life services are 11:00am, Saturday, September 22, 2018, in the funeral home chapel with interment in Floral Hills Memory Gardens.

Laura was born January 30, 1932, in Coushatta, Louisiana, a daughter of the late Robert Tims and Ruby Potts Tims. She retired from Packard after more than 20 years of faithful service. A life-long Christian, in recent years Laura attended New Covenant Church in Harrisville.

Her hobbies included bowling in tournaments and square dancing, but her favorite times were spent with her family, especially her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, J.S. Ainsworth, and grandchildren, Angela Renee Buchanan, Jeremy Ainsworth, and Daniel Ainsworth. Survivors include sons, Jeff Ainsworth (Donna), and Gary Ainsworth (Renee); daughters, Connie Royalty (Joe), and Carolyn Ray; grandchildren, Justin Ainsworth, Jessica Ainsworth, Krystal Evans Loftin, Keith Evans, Richie Morgigno, Eli Ainsworth, Cooper Haywood, Connor Haywood, Cole Haywood, Alan Buchanan, Shawn Buchanan, Sheri Smith, Doreen Hall, Tony Buchanan, Angela Jean Buchanan, Joann Carpenter, and Laura Nicole “Nikki” Anthens; 23 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
