Laura, a Home Maker, was an avid reader,, who enjoyed time crocheting also. A religious woman by nature, Laura prayed the rosary daily and relished her time with her family and friends. She was the beloved wife of the late Benedict Jacobellis.

Loving mother of Nicholas, Michael, James, Anthony, and Christopher Jacobellis. Dear mother in law of Paula, Donna, Virginia, Marianna and Tina Jacobellis. Adored sister of Anna Marie Budani and Donna Budani.

Cherished Grandmother of Nicholas, Michael, Sara, Michael, Benedict, James, Daniel, Charles, Olivia, Troy and Vincent. . and Great Grandmother of Cole, Logan, James and Jessica.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday at Holy Child Church located at 4747 Amboy Road Staten Island, New York 10312. Interment will be in Calverton National Cemetery, Calverton, NY. The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Wednesday, July 18, 2018, at John Vincent Scalia Home for Funerals, Inc., 28 Eltingville Blvd, Staten Island, New York.
